    Description

Unlike many others selling laser bullet devices on eBay, at Aviators Tactical we are in the
full time business of providing quality optics and laser bullets
to the sport shooting industry. We are a member of the National Sports Shooting Foundation.  Both Quality and Customer Service are very important to us along with our reputation within the industry. We will back our product and you are dealing directly with us in Florida.
    Five year warranty
on the laser body and one year warranty on o-rings and end caps to original buyer.
    Aviators Tactical
branded 9mm tactical red laser training cartridge utilizes technology that provides immediate feedback. The Laser Cartridge fits precisely in the chamber of your 9 mm handgun. With every pull of the trigger a firing-pin activated switch, allows the laser to indicate the impact of the bullet with a bright red dot. A rubber snap cap at the rear of the cartridge protects the firearm under a "dry fire" situation allowing you to train with your own personal firearm and practice in the comfort of your own home.  Eliminates the need for costly practice ammunition and range fees while handling your actual weapon.
    All Aviator Tactical units are
    Gen 3 devices
.  The units are made from brass and then coated with gold to protect your weapon.  In addition, all of our units also have two o-rings to assist in correct shot alignment by giving a tight fit.  The o-rings also add another layer of protection to your barrel.
Works great with the FREE iTarget app, G-Sight app, and the FREE open source ShootOFFapp available from their websites.  These three excellent programs use your smart phone, iPad, or laptop camera to record the shot and grade it. Use your smart phone-- no need to buy a standalone device. Also works well with all of the industry commercial hard targets such as LaserLyte, LASR.  We are not endorsed by, or associated with, any of these companies.

This device complies with 21CFR, Part 1040.10 Class 3A laser Product.  Laser output is under 5mw with wavelength of 635nm. This power range allows the device to be shipped without special handling & packing requirements. Under 5mw the FDA says that the human eye can withstand momentary contact without permanent damage. YOU SHOULD NEVER HAVE DIRECT EYE CONTACT WITH ANY LASER DEVICE AS ANY CONTACT COULD CAUSE DAMAGE,  The color is determined by wavelength.  Red is typically in the 632 to 635 wavelength while green is in the 532 +/- range.
These units are designed for use in both full size and compact handguns, they may not work in some models of the small sub-compact units.  Please contact us if you have any questions
    .
We have found that some of the new generation 9mm units with reduced bore axis will not allow the standard 9mm to be fully inserted into the barrel.  We suggest that instead of a standard 9mm that you use a 380 ACP laser bullet which is slightly shorter and seems to be fully functional in the handguns with the reduced bore axis.  To date we have found this issue applies to the Smith & Wesson M&P 9 M2.0 and the Ruger SR9.  We will keep you updated if we discover more.
These devices are not real bullets, ammo, or ammunition, and they can not be used, modified, or made into, a projectile that can be discharged from an actual weapon.
